OUR STORY

Run by nature enthusiasts, our lodge aims to provide you with an authentic experience of the African bush and its wildlife, in complete freedom. Unlike many African lodges where you'll spend most of your time in a 4x4, we offer, in addition to a genuine stalking hunting experience, activities such as hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, wildlife and bird watching, botanical tours, and tracking.
The lodge, our base camp, is surrounded by a magnificent 4,000-hectare protected reserve where you can freely enjoy all these activities. For hunting, we have concessions in the surrounding area, giving you the opportunity to change territories as you please and explore all the diverse habitats our beautiful karoo has to offer. In total, over 50,000 hectares will be exclusively reserved for you.
THE FARM
The main land stretches over 4000ha of stunning mountains and flatlands. A river runs through the property around 4/5 times a year in the rainy-season. The area has a wide diversity of fauna and flora. There are historic treasure to be found on the property such as 'Bushman' paintings of thousands of years ago.
During your time with us we might also visit other hunting concessions nearby to even broaden your experience in the beautiful Eastern Cape.

The Eastern Cape is therefore home to hundreds of different bird species, making it the ideal destination for keen birders and birdwatching enthusiasts.
